About
These half-day sessions are delivered by experienced ATG practitioners who teach proven performance techniques to increase confidence in public speaking, presence, body language, and creative thinking - empowering your teams in their day-to-day roles.
Theatre professionals are experts in engaging an audience, thinking on their feet, projecting authority and credibility, managing high-pressure environments and working cohesively as an ensemble. By applying these skills to corporate settings, organisations see measurable improvements in leadership effectiveness, internal communication, and public-facing confidence.
Stepping into a theatre encourages participants to think differently, communicate more clearly, and collaborate more effectively, away from their usual workplace pressures. This is experiential learning at its most impactful.
Participants will develop:
- Asserting confidence, presence and the ability to command a space
- Communicating effectively
- Giving and receiving feedback constructively
- An understanding of physical presence and body language
- Improved use of voice and breathing techniques
- Creative problem solving and adaptive thinking
These core competencies directly support professionals who regularly present in courtrooms, lead council meetings, deliver public consultations, manage teams, or represent their organisations publicly.
