Securing the Future of Hospitality brings together hospitality employers, sector leaders and apprenticeship specialists to explore how businesses can respond to these changes with confidence.
Hosted by City of Bristol College, this event will focus on the future of hospitality talent, the role of apprenticeships in workforce development, and how employers can better understand, support and retain younger employees.

The event will include a keynote from Alice Macleod, developmental psychologist and specialist in human behaviour, societal change and the future of work. Alice will explore what the next generation expects from employers, how the psychological contract at work is changing, and what this means for skills, behaviour, professionalism and retention in hospitality.
Attendees will also hear real-life insight from Boston Tea Party, sharing how the business has leaned into the strengths, needs and expectations of younger employees, and how supporting early-career talent can benefit both individuals and organisations.
The morning will also include an expert panel Q&A, audience discussion and networking opportunities, giving employers the chance to share experiences, ask questions and reflect on what the future of hospitality workforce development looks like in practice.
