This event is a practical session tackling recruitment, retention and access to hospitality careers in Bristol – challenges that many businesses tell us are more pressing than ever. 

Bringing together hospitality employers, community organisations, aspiring workers, educators and local government to talk openly about what’s working and what isn’t and how closer collaboration could build more inclusive, sustainable pathways into a hospitality career accessible for all.
