The University of Bristol’s Catering & Event Services team offers a collection of unique venues, from iconic historic buildings to beautiful garden settings, all supported by an experienced events team.

With flexible event spaces, group accommodation and a central Bristol location, we regularly welcome delegates, students and visitors from across the UK and around the world. On request, tours of the Botanic Gardens and Goldney House Grotto can be included within your visit.

Group sizes and event capacity 

• The venues can accommodate a wide range of group sizes, from small meetings to large conferences and residential groups. During the summer, Goldney Hall can provide accommodation for up to 200 guests, making it an ideal base for group visits, summer schools and conferences. 

Coach access and parking 

• Bristol Temple Meads station is within easy reach, and the team can provide advice on travel, coach access and local transport options.
