Ritorno Lounge is set within a beautifully restored former dockside warehouse overlooking Bristol's iconic Floating Harbour, offering stunning views of Pero's Bridge in the heart of the city's historic harbourside.

Ideally located just a short walk from many of Bristol's top attractions, including the Bristol Aquarium, We The Curious, M Shed and the historic dockyards, it's the perfect place for groups to relax and enjoy a meal while exploring the city. 

Less than one mile from Bristol Temple Meads station and surrounded by a wide range of hotels and hostels, Ritorno Lounge is easily accessible for both domestic and international visitors. We offer a welcoming, spacious setting with dedicated group menus, flexible dining options and can cater for a variety of dietary requirements, making us an ideal stop for coach tours, student groups and international travel itineraries.

• Coach drop-off and pick-up is available directly behind the venue, adjacent to Millennium Square Car Park, with an additional coach drop-off point on Anchor Road, both just a short walk from the entrance.

Sustainability Policy

Tour group cancellation & amendment policy 

• Full payment for all tour bookings must be received no later than 3 days prior to the booking date. 
• Amendments requested before this payment deadline will be accommodated wherever possible. 
• Any changes to guest numbers should be communicated to us in writing as soon as possible. Ritorno Lounge will always do their best to accommodate reductions or increases in numbers where operationally possible. 
• Once full payment has been received (3 days prior to the booking date), Ritorno Lounge is unable to guarantee reductions in guest numbers or refunds for cancellations. 
• All cancellations must be made in writing. The cancellation date will be deemed to be the date we receive written notification. 
• Wherever possible, Ritorno Lounge will work with you to minimise any cancellation charges where sufficient notice has been given. 
• Cancellations or reductions in guest numbers made within 48 hours of the booking will be charged in full, as food and staffing will have already been committed. Any exceptions to the above policy are at the discretion of the venue.

Enhanced and exclusive experiences

In addition to our group dining packages, Ritorno Lounge offers a range of bespoke experiences. Their private dining room is available for exclusive hire and features its own private bar, projector, microphone, speakers and music facilities, making it ideal for corporate events, presentations, celebrations and private group functions.

They can also arrange cocktail masterclasses on request and are happy to work with organisers to create tailored food and drink packages for special occasions. 

Product development and partnerships

Ritorno Lounge collaborates with Sixes Cricket, located next door, to host an activity for groups. 

Sister venue Cosy Club is located a short walk away, which they are also able to collaborate with if the group would like a relaxed food offering at Ritorno and cocktails post-meal at Cosy Club.
