Pinkmans is a Bristol-born, independent café and bakery, loved by locals and known for its famous sourdoughnuts.

Founded with a simple mission to create exceptional baked goods using traditional methods, quality ingredients and plenty of passion, Pinkmans quickly built a reputation for doing things properly, from long-fermented sourdough to handcrafted pastries and sweet treats. 

Today, with five cafés across Bristol, our approach remains the same: proper ingredients, proper food and a real passion for what we do. We champion fresh, locally sourced ingredients and work closely with suppliers who share our commitment to quality and sustainability, including The Newt, Yallah Coffee, Edgie Eats and Degusta. 

Across our cafés, visitors can enjoy artisan breads, brunch classics and unique Pinkmans specials, from sourdough toasties and focaccia sandwiches to seasonal salads, cakes and specialty coffee. For groups and international visitors, Pinkmans offers a place to experience community, craft and flavour, while supporting local.

Sustainability

Pinkmans cafes have certain measures to support sustainability, such as recycling and an aim to reduce food waste by enrolling in TooGoodTooGo and offering all our bakery items at 50% at the end of the day, last hour.

Alongside their regular café offering, Pinkmans is always open to discussing more bespoke experiences for groups. Depending on availability, this could include private space hire, pre-arranged tasting platters, or similar.
