About
Fight food waste with Olio.
Join 8,000 locations tackling food waste with Olio.
One third of the food we produce globally is wasted. And yet 800 million people go to bed hungry every night.
Olio wants to change that. Their network of over 100,000 Food Waste Hero volunteers rescue good, edible surplus food from nearby businesses and share it with people nearby.
Olio has partnered with supermarkets like Tesco, Sainsburys, Iceland and ASDA, and also schools, hospitals, train stations, TV and film sets, and more - making sure nutritious food reaches people, not bins.
Increase the visibility of your reduced-to-clear food
Show your discounts to thousands of local Olio users with their live Reductions Feed, so more food sells (instead of sitting on shelves).
Sell surprise bundles of discounted food
Lucky Dip bags are a cost-effective way to sell more discounted food. Users reserve bags on our app and pay in-store, so money goes straight into your tills.
Simplify your charity donations
Manage all your charity donations in Olio’s Charity Redistribution Platform, giving you a central system for collection scheduling, monitoring and end-to-end reporting.
Donate your surplus to the community
Share surplus food via Olio’s own network of Food Waste Hero volunteers, who’ll collect it and redistribute it (in as little as 30 minutes) to families nearby.
