Group booking procedures 

• Groups of 10 or more paying visitors qualify for discounted admission and should pre-book by calling 01275 852606.
• Groups must arrive together and check in at the Ticket Office. 

Coach access and parking 

Free coach parking is available on-site, with a designated coach drop-off area close to the entrance. The zoo is well suited to coach groups, schools and organised tours, with facilities designed to accommodate large parties throughout the day.
