• Additional group-friendly services include room allocations, packed lunches, and complimentary Wi-Fi to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.

Rates and pricing 

• Commissionable rates are available (with no FIT rates), and credit facilities can be arranged subject to approval.

Group sizes and event capacity 

• The hotel caters to groups from a minimum of 10 rooms and can accommodate larger groups of 100+ guests. 

Coach access and parking 

• Coach parties are welcomed, with a nearby coach drop-off point available, although on-site coach parking is not provided.
• The hotel also benefits from both on-site and off-site car parking options (chargeable) and is conveniently located within 0.5 miles of Bath Spa train station.

Exclusive offering

• From August 2026, the opening of Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen within the hotel will offer a premium dining option, ideal for group dinners, private dining experiences, and curated food-led itineraries.
• At DoubleTree by Hilton Bath, a range of bespoke and exclusive experiences can be offered for groups, subject to availability. These may include private dining or semi‑exclusive use of event spaces, tailored group menus, and flexible room allocations for larger bookings.
