Corkage is an independent wine restaurant in the heart of beautiful, Georgian Bath. They won ‘Restaurant Wine List of the Year' 2025 at the coveted International Wine Challenge Awards and have an AA Notable Wine List among other awards.

Think creatively cooked, locally sourced seasonal plates, with a broad range of exquisite wines from around the world, by the glass and bottle. You can sip crisp English fizz with a plate of pasta or day boat fish, or go for a multi-course experience, featuring the likes of oysters; venison loin with red cabbage and poached quince; and chocolate, chilli and lime delice with honeycomb and strawberries. Wine tasting events are also a possibility. 

With a beautiful, covered fairy-lit terrace and courtyard garden, it’s one of those special places to enjoy year-round.

Key selling points for groups

The restaurant group set menus are available seven days a week and they can accommodate all diets. They are accomplished in serving large groups from weddings to film crews and touring theatre goers. 

The restaurant is also a five-minute stroll from Bath’s iconic Royal Crescent.

• Dedicated groups or trade contact/booking via email.

Group sizes and event capacity 

• The restaurant can accommodate up to 75 covers.  
• No minimum, unless looking for private hire or a day when they would open specially to host the group. For this, there is a requirement for a minimum of 30 covers or a minimum spend. 

Coach access and parking 

• Nearest drop-off/parking directly outside if free or Charlotte Street Car Park is an easy three-minute walk away. 

Exclusive offering

The restaurant is available for private hire on request. They can also offer the restaurant to groups on Sundays when the restaurant is not usually open to the public. Special menus can be curated as per the group's needs.
