Useful information for travel trade

• Maximum group size of 16. 
• For tours outside of Bath, Bath Insider Tours can transport a maximum of 6 people in their vehicle; for larger groups Bath Insider Tours will either use the group's existing transport or will hire a minibus with a 3rd party supplier. 

Accessibility

• If they are doing a tour that requires a vehicle (e.g. to go to Stonehenge), then they can take guests who use a wheelchair provided a) the wheelchair can be folded so that it can be placed into the boot of the vehicle and b) the guest can get into and out of a vehicle. Bath Insider Tours has taken a number of disabled guests on such tours.
• If Bath Insider Tours is doing a walking tour of Bath in a large group, then wheelchairs are fine as no vehicles are used and no buildings are entered.

Airport transfers

They can do airport transfers in the tour provided there are 4 passengers or less (They are not able to accommodate luggage when there are more than 4 passengers). 

Enhanced and exclusive experiences

Subject to availability, tours are possible inside the stone circle at Stonehenge (an area that is normally closed to the general public). This is a very unique and special experience. Tours take place outside the opening hours at Stonehenge, so will require either an early start time or a late finishing time.
